01. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to XinYu Intelligence ('the Platform'). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

02. Description of Service

XinYu Intelligence is a professional-grade multimodal AI generation terminal. We provide image and video generation services by integrating high-performance third-party APIs (such as fal.ai).

  • Generation Mode: Supports full model search and Llama 3.1 intelligent prompt enhancement.
  • Multimodal: Currently supports image generation; video functions are coming soon.

03. Accounts & Billing Logic

  • Billing Mode: The Platform uses a 'Pay-as-you-go' model.
  • Currency & Payment: All service fees are settled in US Dollars ($ USD). Payments are processed via the third-party gateway Stripe.
  • Pricing Policy: The Platform charges a transparent service fee to maintain platform operations, intelligent prompt enhancement, and sovereign infrastructure expenses.
  • Refund Policy: Since AI generation consumes real-time computational costs, once the balance is used for a generation operation, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether the result meets expectations. Top-up balances do not expire.

04. User Conduct & Content Guidelines

You are solely responsible for any content generated using the Platform. You agree:

  • Not to use the Platform to generate, distribute, or upload any illegal, infringing, false, obscene, or harassing content.
  • To comply with the security policies of third-party API providers (such as fal.ai).
  • Strictly prohibit any attempt to attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.

05. 'Stateless' Architecture & Data Liability Disclaimer

XinYu Intelligence adopts a Stateless local storage architecture.

Data Storage: Generation history, prompts, and creations are stored only in your local browser's IndexedDB.

Risk Warning: If you clear your browser cache, change devices, or uninstall your browser, all data stored locally will be permanently lost.

Disclaimer: Since we do not back up your creations in the cloud, the Platform assumes no liability for any loss caused by local data loss.

06. Intellectual Property

Platform Property: XinYu Intelligence's brand, UI design (Neon Noir style), code, and '3D Command Center' layout are protected by law.

Generated Content: To the extent permitted by law, copyright in works generated through the Platform belongs to the user. However, the user must ensure that their use complies with the requirements of the underlying model agreements (such as Flux, SDXL, etc.).

07. Service Changes & Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Fluctuations or technical upgrades by API providers (such as fal.ai) may cause temporary service interruptions. We will do our best to ensure system stability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

08. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by international commercial law principles and the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the relevant arbitration institution.
